What does this line mean?

deltaHLayer = ((transpose(W2) * deltaYLayer) + spTerm) .* H .* (1-H);

Hello, I have been reading your code to understand the sparse auto-encoder. I have difficulty understanding this line of code. I think you computed deltaYLayer on line 68, so here is to use backpropogation to compute the hidden layer delta matrix. Can you explain why you use the transpose(W2) and why the spTerm is used here?
