Only UR3 is in the given code_ demo.py It can run normally. How to set "home" and "zeros"

I am trying the code but it doesn't work. I always have the following errors:

and don't find the target "zeros"

When I run this command(roslaunch ur3_moveit_config ur3_moveit_planning_execution.launch sim:=true), I get an error:
