Level 1 - build scripts seem to have some notion of ce/ee, might be other benefits to patching in 'de' as a actual thing

The current scripts attempt to create the same tag any time another build happens on the same day.

That fails, and then the script creates a release with name untagged-<SHA>.

Then, this tag triggers yet another build, because it does not follow that pattern of tags that we usually ignore /v[0-9]+/.

We should either create unique names on subsequent builds, change the script to update files in the already build release.
