Poor diagnostics background color contrast

The diagnostics popup background color contrast is quite poor overall.

I can't find any existing poimandres theme (in other editors) that share a similar color setup, but I think we can reuse the default background & border. For example:

I was curious if the terminal colors I'm seeing are an issue on my machine or if they are intentional? I checked some of the other themes and they changed the terminal colors too, figured I would check :)
