chat-app-flask-socketio's Issues

No socket messages

Hello,

I am a bit new to Python and Flask-SocketIO but am learning from your chat App towards a project that I want to do.

I was able to start up the chat app, but when I open 2 different browsers with different users and the same room, I do not get any messages from either the chat app about joining or from each user.

I do see this message in the run screen:

The client is using an unsupported version of the Socket.IO or Engine.IO protocols (further occurrences of this error will be logged with level INFO)

Any ideas as to what is happening here?

Also, the "Leave this Chat" button does not seem to work either.

I am using Python 3.9 for this project and installed the "requirements.txt"
