Seed project for fast bootstrapping new angular-node application.

1. Download repository as a ZIP.
2. Unpack it.
3. In project root run npm install to install all dependencies.
4. To start backend, position yourself in backend/ directory and run npm start.
5. To start frontend, position yourself in web/ directory and run npm start.
