Fix type stability

Change result as tuple to result as structure, at least for the sub-problem since it will be called several times per run. The compiler cannot infer the type of status and returned costs and columns

WIP: design core interface

The core interface will be defined by two abstract types designing Master Problem and Sub-Problem and methods they need to implement.

switch from MPBase to MathOptInterface

parametrize SimpleMasterProblem on any AbstractSubProblem

It can be convenient to have the same SimpleMaster but to define another type of subproblem,
so to have SimpleMaster{AnotherSubproblemType}, therefore the definition should be parametrized on any SubProblem type

WIP: test suit on SimpleProblems

Build:

• Unit tests for implemented functions
• A test suite that runs and completes in a reasonable time for standard tests
• More advanced tests to evaluate performance

WIP: implement core interface in SimpleProblem

SimpleProblem will be a submodule within Linda implementing the core abstractions in the simplest fashion, both to demonstrate how to implement Linda and to provide a battery-included, ready-to-use way of solving optimization problems with column generation
