1. when user performs search, show how many results are excluded at the bottom of the page: this improves clarity for what the user is seeing

2. below the search bar indicate that the user must hit enter to search or type at least 3 character. this is required as searching with one character can lag the page because there are so many results.

this is the hottest line in the pipeline and could lead to big improvements from optimizing it

it would be nice to store the store the certs in skyfolders main config folder but there are some risks with doing so, if the server is hacked but the intruder does not have sudo they could view the certs
