[BUG] Ruby gems aren't in path

Describe the bug
Ruby gems installed aren't in the user's PATH

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the ruby container
  2. Install a gem with a cli (bundler for example gem install bundler)
  3. Installation says WARNING: You don't have /home/user/.gem/ruby/2.7.0/bin in your PATH, gem executables will not run.
  4. Try to run it. bundle install. Command isn't found.

Expected behavior
Gem bin should be in the user PATH.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Arch Linux dev container in VS Code on Windows 10
