Update Readme.md file

Currently, Readme.md file doesn't describe this repository. For instance, it says all the code is in Python.
That is why it needs an update.

Suggestion for update:

• Update the language
• In contributing section include the guidelines about the format of solution files

As you know there are a ton of LeetCode Problems out there and it'd be awesome if you'd contribute!

Start contributing as soon as you can! I'd love the support and you and i will prolly learn something new as well!

The extension is showing problems I've already solved.

Sometimes, the extension repeats problems I solved the day before. I want it to remember the ones I've done and not show them again unless I reset it.
