[material-ui][Tooltip] When inside a dialog, the text within it cannot be selected in the usual manner about material-ui

@Nikita-Shaked-dev , thank you for raising this. I think this happens because of using dialog, it works fine in the normal tooltip , but when trying to fire this tooltip in-side the dialog layer , some additional layer with user-select properties or "handleMouseDown" method is added which prevent the select on mouse down , but work's on mouse double click .

I able to do the same as you do, outside it is working, thats why I do expect to have same behaviour inside of the dilaog. Ive seen something similar in issues, but havent found solution to solve my issue. Any idea how can I do that? Thanks

Looks like a bug to me.
