Miss Icon

When i compile i have a couple of warnings in VS11 but the only bug that i have is the next:
Multiverse.ico doesnt exist or is missing or a name like this you have to solve it

Logout Bug

While testing the chat command /logout, nothing happens. Should this action take the user to the Character selection screen?

Links in readme

Some links don't work in readme files, because wiki url is wrong.
