Including "all" inputs or outputs

This is so that its easy to compare morphologies by eye

• What exactly does % input synapse neurotransmitters mean?

We should move styling to .CSS files as much as possible. In particular:

• we have a lot of inline styling that could be accomplished with existing bootstrap classes
• we should try not to be constructing css in markup defined in python strings

Especially with our structural search, users may find themselves bookmarking complex search queries - perhaps we want to give them a way to save and return to search queries inside codex?

Show what cells are in the path, and allow viewing those cells in FW. Perhaps make path length numbers clickable to view this
