大學上課用書昂貴，或是有自己撰寫的筆記，若能將已上過課的課本用書或是教材筆記共享出來、提供其他人租借，活用剩餘價值，達成共享經濟，因此想架設一個能夠刊登書籍、教材的平台，供他人租借，也利用評價及檢舉系統，維持在平台上的書籍品質。
