File system data and contents can be cached. Is blocked by the requirement to open and refresh the file tree :)

Also needs additional permission UX flow.

Add a context menu to the file tree. Add something useful to it

Not very nice right now:

When we init the file tree in collapsed panel, the file tree itself does not size back.
We need to implement https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/ResizeObserver and listen to movement on the parent.
