Tested on Telegram Desktop version 1.3.14 with Windows 10 notification's enabled in app.

[ERROR] Can't patch Telegram executable. Maybe you've already patched it or this tool doesn't support current Telegram version.

While this certainly isn't strictly related to the code as it is, I was wondering how one can proceed to adapt this to other applications.
I am loosing my mind over the constant and permanent taskbar flashing of Microsoft teams.

Any pointers?

Looking at EasyHook32.dll I'd assume that that is the issue?

Good news! We can now disable the taskbar icon flash in the Telegram Desktop settings https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/releases/tag/v2.1.5.

It doesn't :( and also, you say this tool is no longer needed, but I'm confused about how to activate those checkboxes you're linking to

If someone prefers to use binary patch instead of proxy DLL here is new signature FF 15 ? ? ? ? 3B 86 ? ? ? ? 74 ? and target offset 0x0c.

It seems it doesn't work for the latest Telegram version.
