Echo program that mimics the basic functionalities of the Unix/Linux
command 'echo'. Like the bash equivalent, it has the commands:

-n:
	No new line (after echoing)

-e:
	Allows for special characters (only tab, \t and new line, \n)

FileList program that mimics the basic functionalities of the Unix/Linux
command 'ls', but lacks the formatting. Like the bash equivalent, it has 
the commands:

-A:
	prints all the files (including hidden files)
-l:
	prints the files and their properities
-c:
	prints the canonical path to the files
