Add a new status after Delivered to mark a volume as read

Currently there's an unwanted behavior when typing the ISBN manually. When it is a valid ISBN-10, it will automatically convert it into an ISBN-13 (intended feature).
This won't work when the user wants to enter an ISBN-13 as there will be too many characters then.
