shreddr's Issues

UI Glitches in Webinterface

  • Jumping button group in overview
  • Document buttons do not fit inside card on some viewport sizes
  • Long file names result in inconsistent card height
  • Tag name is hard to read with bright tag colors
  • Tag filter dropdown menu in overview

Config file improvements

  • Document config file and options in the readme.
  • Create a default config file in the repo
  • Support/Document config file creation for docker container

Empty document results in infinite import job

Worse, after a restart of the server, shreddr seems to continue where it stopped, and no further documents are processed.

Some log output:

shreddr | 16:20:53 [ERROR] OCR attempt did not yield text.

Fix default config

Currently new configurations do not use the default config parameters anymore.
This has to be fixed.

I think this was broken by the move from one library to another.

Panic on startup if there are ill-formed regex

thread 'tokio-runtime-worker' panicked at 'called `Result::unwrap()` on an `Err` value: RegexError(Syntax(
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
regex parse error:
    (!lol
    ^
error: unclosed group
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
))', src/metadata/tag.rs:219:48
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace
