The issue is with docker image.

If docker image is built with "Deploy button" from this repo everything works ok.

If docker image is built with below command it doesn't work:

# Build image
$ gcloud builds submit \
  --tag gcr.io/$PROJECT_ID/hasura \
  --timeout=720s \
  --project $PROJECT_ID

If I manually change docker image url in Cloud Run setting it starts working or stops working depending on which image. So I am sure the issue is with image, not with deploy command.

While deploying this, I got this error.

[ ✖ ] Failed deploying the application to Cloud Run.
Error: reason=HealthCheckContainerError message=Cloud Run error: Container failed to start. Failed to start and then listen on the port defined by the PORT environment variable. Logs for this revision might contain more information.

How can I fix this?
