1. Get rid of unnecessary comments (// or /**/)
2. Try to work with strings:
   2.1 Add methods to read/write text info
   2.2. Use streams to filter list of strings for stop value - if we have it - we removing it from a list
   2.3 Combine 2.1 and 2.2
3. Generify (e.g. use custom generics) in writeToFile()
4. Add custom Exception with improved logging capabilities in it and use it in your code.

Great! I'm appreciate your aspiring in writing java code.
Please add few more things:

1. Separate writeToFileWithExclusion() into 2 methods - that one which process list and the other one which writes to file. Please then use NIO classes to work with file.
2. Create your custom Exception class and use it.
