Change date column for literature from string to date. This may require having multiple columns for our purposes, since not all documents have month or day.
Add syndication for blog.
generate google link on each page that will go to a query of "[title of document] pdf"
specifically in the Bitcoin white paper
Would be great the website support other languages. I'll be willing to translate to Vietnamese.
This will help make nakamotoinstitute.org as addictive as TVTropes!
Hi, about, eg. http://nakamotoinstitute.org/bitcoin/
there is a portuguese (pt-br) translation, the translation's author can submit the text here?
Track how many times and when a page is visited.
What about an index for cypherpunk fiction? Possible entries might include
True Names - Verner Vinge
A Lodging of Wayfaring Men - Anonymous (although the real author is known, but I don't remember who that is)
Neuromancer - William Gibson
Snow Crash - Neal Stevenson
Cyberiad - Stanislaw Lem
"hawk/dove" and "these games include the prisoner's dilemma"
Both on line 120.
Put images into doc folders, fix links.
Any updates to the blog/website regarding the bitcoin increase?
I believe the way to fix it is to wrap the content in a div, as was done with Satoshi's email pages. This works locally for pages like "Shelling Out" that has special styling within the selection magic .
there are others with Hal (unpublished). Gavin, Adam and Mike have some. perhaps they will give them to the public domain now.
It would be nice to be able to link to a section in the whitepaper, e.g. by a link like
https://nakamotostudies.org/literature/bitcoin/#s7
I've collected original sources here https://github.com/benjyz/bitcoinArchive
I was wondering if we could also gather all emails exchanged between
satoshi and different people, like developers and so one... ? I think that gathering all these correspondences could be valuable in understanding Nakamoto"s thinking, and since they
are of historical value, maybe it's not a real concern anymore that they are private ?
What do you think to make a call for participation for this project ? Maybe in bitcointalk ...
Eager to know your view on this matter :)
Create database tables to allow sections on author pages.
For example, see Nick Szabo's site: http://szabo.best.vwh.net/
This will help:
https://github.com/w3c/tidy-html5
http://www.epointsystem.org/~nagydani/ICETE2005.pdf
ON DIGITAL CASH-LIKE PAYMENT SYSTEMS, Daniel A. Nagy
Nagy was a frequent contributor on Nick Szabo's blog, so this article might be worth listing.
See: http://www.metzdowd.com/pipermail/cryptography/2005-October/009820.html
There is a bunch of them in Mempool articles.
For example:
http://nakamotoinstitute.org/mempool/hyperbitcoinization ("Donate to Daniel")
http://nakamotoinstitute.org/mempool/everyones-a-scammer ("Donate to Michael")
.
Also, go through html pages and replace ASCII characters with UTF-8
Currently, SNI runs on HTTP, without support for encrypted connections. Are there any plans to implement this? It can be done for free and very easily with Let's Encrypt.
Missing from the Literature is Finney's RPOW (thanks for archiving history, by the way). It used to be on this site and accessible via web-archive, but it seems to be gone: http://rpow.net/

Add column in table for document formats, with direct links to proper file or template.
Primarily in szabo's articles
They currently have a horizontal scroll.
make /[slug]/ the link for html templates instead of /literature/[slug]/html/
Redirect the latter to the former.
The feed should be ordered by last added, rather that actual date, so that if old posts are published, they are readily seen by subscribers.
