No idea why the formula is failing.

nanovms/ops#842

update to latest ops release

need to install to ~/.ops/bin/.

not sure if/how homebrew works this way but would be nice to install to ~/.ops/bin to match how the current install experience works

force qemu to a newer/newest version

a user used this recipe and he had 5.2 installed - we should force either the latest (preferred) or something like 7 or 8 at min
