no_ack is set to True by default
I had server code trying send an ack as follows:
self.consumer.channel.basic_ack(stat_data.delivery_tag)
Leading to the following error:

AMQPChannelException: (406, u'PRECONDITION_FAILED - unknown delivery tag 1', (60, 80), 'Channel.basic_ack')
Turns out that Flopsy has no_ack set to True in the call to basic_consume. Setting it to False fixed the problem.
Just logging this in case anyone else runs into problems.
