Custom Russian keyboard layout for Windows with Numpad Dot key producing a dot, not a comma

Установочный пакет в релизах.
После установки зайдите в настройки клавиатуры (см. ниже) и для русского языка удалите все раскладки, кроме "Russian -- Keypad Dot".

Download the installation package in releases.
After installation, go to the keyboard settings (see below) and delete all layouts for the Russian language except "Russian -- Keypad Dot".

Русская раскладка клавиатуры для Windows, где клавише "точка" на дополнительной клавиатуре назначена точка, а не запятая.

Незаменима при вводе дат, кодов классификаторов и других данных, содержащих цифры, разделенные точками.

Сделана по инструкции в windows 8 - Dot instead of comma on numerical keyboard - Super User при помощи Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) Version 1.4.

Made according to windows 8 - Dot instead of comma on numerical keyboard - Super User with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) Version 1.4.

Настройки клавиатуры

• Windows 10:
  • Меню пуск -> (в боковой панели) Настройки -> Время и язык -> (в боковой панели) Язык -> раздел "Предпочитаемые языки" -> Русский -> Опции
  • Раздел "Раскладки клавиатуры" -> в списке удалить все раскладки, кроме "Russian -- Keypad Dot"
• Windows 7:
  • Win+R -> ввести "intl.cpl" -> ENTER -> Настройки клавиатуры...
  • В появившемся окне в списке для русского языка удалить все раскладки, кроме "Russian -- Keypad Dot"

• Windows 10:
  • Start menu -> (in the sidebar) Settings -> Time and language -> (in the sidebar) Lnaguage -> section "Preferred languages" -> Russian -> Options
  • Section "Keyboards" -> detel all list entries except "Russian -- Keypad Dot"
• Windows 7:
  • Win+R -> input "intl.cpl" -> ENTER -> Keyboard settings...
  • In the open window, under "Russian", delete all layouts except "Russian -- Keypad Dot"
