Mainly integrate:

• buefy 0.9.2
• sass-loader 9.x
• poppy-robot-core 9.x

On opening, polar chart for position does not update until values changes.

Then use vuetify instead of buefy/bulma.

This option is "useless"/not relevant on such device

aka integrate the v10 release of the module poppy robot core.

due to various issue with now-unsupported vue-cli packages.

• Remove the auto connection to robot with default settings (aka poppy.local:8080) in order to avoid connecting to the same robot if many,
• Display info (hostname/port) about the target robot on UI.

Mention these points in documentation:

• This module requires the v3.x.x release (aka it is based on pypot REST API v3.x.x),
• It has been only tested with dynamixel XL-320 (aka Ergo Jr).

Update register components in order to:

• Allow setting the value of the registers,
• Move register value binding inside the component instead of passing it through props.

Only default value set to 'poppy.local' works.

For each motor, base the en/dis-able state of the position slider on its current compliant state.

Remove the switch named 'control motor' and replace it with buttons in order to set the compliant state of all motors to 'compliant' or 'stiff'.

• Remove/Reorganize text/color class (remove extra/useless, move class to parent components, etc.),
• Update scss.

• Remove david badges (almost always down),
• Add lgtm badge.

• Await the end of previous request before sending next one,
• Chain "group" of requests in order to not overload robot.

This feature is useless.

• Use 'name' instead of 'id' for label,
• Add tooltip with extra info (id and type of the motor).

• Package dependencies:
  • Split needed packages in "depenpendices"/'devDependencies" in function of use (aka used for the site/toolings),
  • Update dependencies,
  • Replace the module "interval-promise" with "set-interval-async".
• Keep/Version the package lock file to avoid any incompatibility between modules when installing,
• Move eslint configuration from package.json to a dedicated file.

• Update to poppy core v10,
• Adapt code.

The sparkilne graph for position use the angle limits of motors as y axis bound.

As the position of motor could be out of the angle limits and then, line is not visible, update graph boundary to avoid it.

• Remove lost space decreasing padding/margin values,
• Selecting 'show as card', last motor panel has extra height.
