Drop PHP 5.3/5.4 support.

Use finfo class if it's installed.

Cache the mimetypes array.

Example:

    public function getMimeType()
    {
        static $mimes;

        $ext = $this->getExtension();

        if ($mimes === null)
            $mimes = $this->getMimeTypes();

        return isset($mimes[$ext]) ? $mimes[$ext] : self::DEFAULT_MIMETYPE;
    }

Multibyte/Unicode support.

Closures don't support `$this` in PHP5.3.

Getting directory doesn't work for extension-only filenames.

How to reproduce:

$finfo = new FileInfo(__DIR__ . '.gitignore');

echo __DIR__;             // C:\wamp64\www\FileInfo
echo $finfo->directory;   // C:\wamp64\www
echo $finfo->basename;    // FileInfo.gitignore
echo $finfo->filename;    // FileInfo
// etc.. you get the point

Although, technically speaking this is how PHP's pathinfo handles this.
