cyrus-imapd30 naming conflicts for manpage/binaries

Not verified that this is actually the case, but I'm pretty sure, certain filenames of manpages conflict with atleast postfix, since 3.0 some of the binaries also conflict, forinstance, httpd -> apache, master -> postfix, etc, etc.

This should be patched before we package things up.

I'm not sure if we're going to leave this here. I'm not a fan of this whole 'publish your stack' on the interwebs, but it's here now so, might as well move some of the exotic packages over.

Perhaps someone can tidy them up and merge them into pkgsrc upstream.

netbox/cyrus-imapd30 fails with DB error

Currently imapd explodes on mailbox startup, creation, etc.
