New structure as follows:

• Week organized both by Task and by Day, save to disk via Pickle
  -- allow for easy week incrementing after attempting to load from disk
  -- generates complete request (both BatchUpdate for requests and for writes) based on its tasks/days it contains

-- Data validation (dropdown menu) request generated per task
-- Blackout generated per task, per day

write script for easy install for everything to make this work. could also be included in the CLI for further ease.

Any interaction with these files will be through google sheets API only.

Run every second, should:

1. Read in names from totals sheets (or contact sheet)
2. Count total tasks for each person.
3. Calculate total for each task and write to Totals sheet.

1. instantly updated when cell changes color (likely Google AppScript)
2. efficient, don't want any delay in loading

When creating a new week:

1. Add appropriate range in A1 notation and grid location notation
2. On change to the sheet, make a POST to Google Cloud Compute instance
3. Totals will update and reflect in Totals sheet

A viable CLI should include:

1. Robust argument parsing.
2. Effective communication with the Google Sheets API.
3. Easy to use functionality see click CLI as a good starting point.
