Error in matrix(-Inf, nrow = nrow(somLogPr), ncol = (length(sthetaq) - : invalid 'ncol' value (< 0)

Hi. @ndbrown6
I've run cancercellFraction function. Below are the code:

alpha_hat = cancercellFraction(f_hat = tmp_df$f_hat, 
                               n = tmp_df$n, 
                               qt = tmp_df$qt, 
                               q2 = tmp_df$q2, 
                               alpha = 0.49, e = 0.01)

It returned an error:

Error in matrix(-Inf, nrow = nrow(somLogPr), ncol = (length(sthetaq) -  : 
  invalid 'ncol' value (< 0)

I've checked the code of cancercellFraction and found the error occurred in the step

somPr = cbind(somLogPr, matrix(-Inf, nrow = nrow(somLogPr), 
                         ncol = (length(sthetaq) - ncol(somLogPr))))
