Add comments to the C++ codes.

Evaluate whether using cell and grid as classes works better than using a list of lists.

By keeping in memory states we know will go extinct or not we may save some computational time.

Try not to modify Extinct and NonExtinct lists inside functions and instead operate on them outside and see if that improves computation.
