This code is no longer working.

Hello,

Sorry to bother you but `i have a very good use case to use this eurlex-toolbox. However I think the link in order to access eurlex database is now out of date, which renders this toolbox hard to use for someone who doesn't know to make the right adjustments to fix it (i.e. me).

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I cannot seem to get this program to run properly for me. When I follow the base_url for this I get

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource."

Any chance you can help me out with this?
