Pip install is not working for me, which python version are you using?

Im getting this error if I do "pip install -r -requirements.txt":

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested opencv-python
    The user requested opencv-python==4.4.0.46

To fix this you could try to:
1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict

Also if i try to install it line by line im getting an error
