LaunchX

LaunchX provides a VSCode shortcut to launch searches including:

• StackOverflow
• GitHub
• Google
• YouTube
• DuckDuckGo
• Bing
• njt (npm jump to)

Example Usage

1. Launch the Command Palette (⇧⌘P) and type 'Google' to find the LaunchX: Google search command.
2. Hit enter and enter your query, hit enter again to launch inputted query.

Repeat with any other supported search sources.

launchx's Issues

Both Esc and Enter open search engine URL

🐞 Steps to reproduce:

1. Open command palette
2. Select LaunchX: Google search
3. See an input field
4. Type something, then press Esc

Observed: Google opens in browser

Expected: Noop

Adding njt (npm jump to)

I’m the author of njt and I'm here from kachkaev/njt#8.

WDYT of adding njt tool as a search engine in LaunchX? If we get it in, I can add LaunchX to njt’s README, which can give your extension some extra traffic. Happy to submit a PR to you repo if you expect to find time to publish it later on 🙂
