example-actions's Issues

Update GitLab CI example to make it more descriptive

We have an example of how to use Nexploit for CI in GitLab. But it's not informational.

What I'd like to improve there:

  1. We need to use secrets there instead of using the raw API token.
  2. Formatting: code width needs to be 80 chars.
  3. README file with brief description and instruction on how a user can get his own API token.

Also, we need to create a branch for working with docker-compose and repeater.

Regarding a dedicated git branch with repeater example. You can find an example here.

In this configuration, docker-compose starts service with repeater and another one with a local instance of web-app (juice shop). Nexploit app can perform requests to juice-shop through the repeater.

Both services run as separate GH Actions step.

Not working with the deprecated Ubuntu 18 nor the current versions (20.04 and 22.04)

Ubuntu 18 is not more allowed to be used, so github suggest to use the 20.04 (latest) version or the 22.04, but in all cases, we keep receiveing the Error messages on each step below:

[Run Sudo apt update]
E: Package 'nodejs-dev' has no installation candidate
E: Package 'libssl1.0-dev' has no installation candidate
Error: Process completed with exit code 100.

[Stop Scan]
Error: Process completed with exit code 127.

Fix Broken Crystals version

The main goal here: to move from "Juice Shop" as a target for repeater to our brand "Broken Crystals".

But right now it causes different errors like this one.

We need to make brokencrystals branch working.
