Specify ipv4_addr:port details via json config file

The server ip:port and proxy ip:port are hard-coded at the moment. Moving them to a json config file that can then be provided as an input in the following form would be a good start.

./grille-rs config.json

Some questions to think about:

  • what would be a reasonable default, if any, when no config file is provided ?
  • how do we validate a json configuration ? i.e. what if all values are not provided in the configuration ?
