Theme version Latest from this Github, using victory-16.10-gtk2-dark theme

Affected apps File-Roller, Engrampa, Transmission, Google Chrome (and probably other (GTK+3) apps, I haven't check all but I assume that they suffer too)

Actual issue
When using victory-16.10-gtk2-dark theme, the menubar of GTK+3 apps is not matching with its window manager color. Strangely it only matches in Thunar app.

Steps to reproduce Open certain apps that I mentioned above after applying the full suite of victory-16.10-gtk2-dark (gtk and window manager themes).

Expected behaviour Menubar is colored and matched window manager's color -- in every applications (not only Thunar). Like this:

Other Note I was able to fix this a bit by editing the gtk-widgets.css file and modify the menubar. It would be very nice if you implement the fix into the next version of the theme.

I'm using victory-gtk-theme and victory-icon-theme, this bug on theme or icon?

'background opacity' option of whisker-menu not accessible because of large theme

if using default greybird with xfwm greybird-compact, it accessible on my 1024x600 netbook with some button and maybe component still not accessible

First of all, great job with the themes! Love both the icon and the GTK theme. I've used them on both of my computers for a day now and I've noticed no issues other than the one missing icon in Thunar (gconf folder in the picture).

When using the detailed list the bar with Name Size and Type looks a little weird as well, but I think it's styled from the buttons, so it's understandable.

I guess this is less of an issue and more me not finding anywhere else to message you, @newhoa. I love the theme a whole hell of a lot and I decided to create an AUR package for it for Archlinux. I'm still learning Github and wasn't sure where to put this really.

It would be great if you could support GTK 3.22 and higher 'cause I love this theme and miss it on 3.22 :) Esp. the light variant from the main screenshot would be great to have on 3.22+

This theme is awesome, my favorite since Numix.

There is however an issue with the scrollbar of QT applications, which is huge :

Note : I am under Cinnamon and it happens only with this theme.

I'm reusing this theme again, and found out that there is a lot of improvements since my last time of using it.

However, this theme is still lacking a proper Xfce Notification theme. Would you add it in the future? Thanks in advance!

Actual issue
When using victory-16.10 theme, noticed that the font color in Thunar is full grey and other places (whisker menu, right click, other apps) are darker.

(in other places e.g. whisker menu)

Steps to reproduce (if you knew) Apply any full suite of Victory theme (gtk and window manager themes).

Expected behaviour The original Victory gtk (light) theme should have greyish fonts in all aspects, and let the other victory themes should have uniformed darker font color.

Other Note This is just a suggestion.

Just wanna say that I love the victory theme! but I found some issue as you see on the screenshot

1. The scrollbar is not visible on firefox 51.0.1, I can use the scrollbar anyway, but still it's not visible
2. Context menu has no border. (?) I'm not sure this is a feature or a bug
3. Inconsistent scrollbar, some app has fat boxy scrollbar and some has slim rounded
