It seems like a good idea to add an option to encode the ABC to be played as a URI parameter, so we can have tryPlayer behaviour analogous to, for example, tryPurescript. However, this should be a little simpler - because ABC is a text format we can probably get away with encoding and decoding simply with Base64. We would then need to add an option to encode a link so that users can pass around tunes easily.

The only significant difference between the Pux and Halogen editors is that the former loads the initial instruments after the page has been rendered (showing a please wait notice) whilst the latter loads them before any rendering is done.

I think that this will need the lifecycle components, but as halogen appears to be in a state of flux over this aspect, I will wait until it's sorted out before fixing.
