Upload via accession number about fauna

Now can upload with --ftype fasta, --ftype genbank, or --ftype accession. --ftype genbank uploads from genbank file, can have multiple genbank entries in file. --ftype accession uploads from file with one accession number defined on each line. Also can give comma separated list of accessions --accessions KU729218,KU853013 to upload via entrez. I think these new upload methods work with all the accessions currently in the Zika table.

Need method to parse country from genbank entry defined like KU853012 which has country defined as Italy: Padua.

Seems to be working for now. Will probably need updating for genbank entries that aren't formatted as expected.
