跟着书执行到这一步的时候报错

书上第一章第三页从github上 clone 源代码 ，code文件夹下没有readme.md文件，无从得知如何运行本项目

我使用 fj create BookForum ,然后fj server。访问的主页，但是访问不了其他页面，包括NoFound页面。
还有我生成的module是 app,并不是com.ngnice.app.
