Unable to call tkinter's filedialog windows when running the script from the compiled launcher

Description of the bug
When calling a filedialog window when running the main program launched from the COMPILED launcher, the program closes unexpectedly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the COMPILED version of the launcher.
2. For example, try to install a new server. When trying to select a folder for it, the tool will close immediately.

Expected behavior
The program should display the folder selection menu normally.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11, 23H2

Add the ability to select the version of the new server from the list of available versions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a new server is created, before installing a specific version it is possible to see the list of available versions, although later it cannot be selected directly from there.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to add the possibility of selecting one of the versions from the list from that same menu, so that it is more convenient and you do not have to return to the previous menu to do so.

The launcher's "Connect to the Internet" message is always displayed in English

Description of the bug
When it is not possible to obtain the code for the first time, an error message is displayed mentioning that an internet connection is required. The problem is that this message is designed to be displayed in the language that the user has on their computer, but whatever the case, it is always displayed in English.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Delete all the folders created by the tool in %appdata%/TLSoftware.
2. Disconnected from the internet, run the COMPILED VERSION of the launcher.
3. If your PC's language is set to Spanish, the error message will display in English.

Expected behavior
The message should be displayed in Spanish in this situation.
