Dropdown menu

Should add a drop-down menu explaining the purpose of the app, data source and technologies used for building. This drop-down menu is displayed after hovering over the hamburger menu icon.
A simple example of how a "hoverable" drop-down menu can be created is This w3c example. Style it to look better.

Make API request after pressing enter

The user cannot make an API request by pressing enter key. Modify this behavior by adding keyboard event to enable user search by pressing enter key as well as clicking the search button

Client and city time stamp

Should work on displaying correct local time for the person querying the weather information and city queried. This should take into consideration DST.

Handle error

If an error occurs while making an API call, the error message is displayed to the user. Modify this behavior so that a nice error message such as Can't retrieve data, try again later is printed instead of Type Error. If an error occurs, the error message is not removed immediately the user starts typing in the input element. Change this behavior so that the error message is removed as soon as the user starts typing again. This issue can be reproduced if you try searching without internet connection.
