Pause-spawning timing bug

With the current implementation of pause functionality, the user can get weird enemy, tree, and grass spawning behavior.

If the user starts a pause just after a sprite is spawned, and ends the pause just before another sprite is spawned, the two sprites can be spawned extremely close together, creating an impossible obstacle for the user if the two sprites were enemy sprites.
