Request messages and new opcodes

Thanks so much for publishing the channel advertisement documentation. We’re working on implementing some virtual/software devices that can integrate with our LW network and you saved me a ton of time.

If you're still working on this project, I can provide some samples of captures from our LW network. I found that devices receive a advertisement request message on port 4000 that contains two new opcodes: ADVD (type 7) and READ (type 0). Oddly, this message doesn't contain the same NEST, PVER, ADVT header sequence.

Also, I found other devices on the network including a BUSY (type 9) opcode in their advertisement messages.

I attached a couple samples if you're interested.

Thanks again,
-mike
