Currently, a full file path needs to be specified to include an external conjure.js file. Add a mechanism to check if the path provided is a path, then check if a file named conjure.js exists in that path. If so, include it. If not, error out.

Current:

include('./path/conjure.js');

Proposed:

include('./path');

Add support to the visual studio exporter for pre-build, post-build, and post-link events to Visual Studio. Depends on completion of #1 for core library support.

Add support for pre-build, post-build, and post-link events to the core feature set with the following APIs.
