I modified line 145 of CsvBuilder.js to accommodate for null values:

col = col.toString()

I changed to:

col = (col) ? col.toString() : ''

Not sure if there's a better way to deal with this?

I suggest adding (or enable as option to add) UTF-8 BOM (0xEF, 0xBB, 0xBF).
This enables various CSV readers (such as MS Excel) to correctly detect encoding.

The header for this object should be ["name", "age", "email", "phone.area", "phone.number"] ?

How can we use the headers when it is dynamic?

For example, I have a number of annexes but I don't know the exact number but I need so every new annex to be a new header.
