markdownpad-github's Issues

HTML Conversion

What tool/library do you use for converting markdown to HTML?

Is this the exact same output as Github's HTML output?

Too big images

The max-width of inserted images is not being applied since apparently markdown-body class is not introduced. Changing .markdown-body to body naturally fixes the issue. Interested in a Pull Request for this 10-char fix? ;)

Margin issue in ordered/unordered lists with code

When creating an ordered or unordered list, if a nested item follows a parent item with a code block, a visual gap is present.

2013-02-10_16h33_27

Here is the raw Markdown to recreate the issue:

**Nested list problem:**

- Line but with `code in it`
 - Nested item, note the spacing above
- Another item in the list

**No problem here:**

- Line but with no code
 - Nested item, no spacing issue
- Another item in the list

**It affects ordered lists with code as well**

1. hello `world`
 2. this has a rendering issue
2. world

Markdown Pro not secure and site license is Expired

On any browser, if I go to:
https://markdownpad.com/buy.html

I get this errror:

NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
This server could not prove that it is markdownpad.com; its security certificate expired 78 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Update to latest GitHub CSS

I noticed that a few things changed in the Markdown rendering on GitHub.

For example, they have a certain style now for <kbd> (simulating the look of a keyboard key). Also, they have a new style for <hr>.

I noticed this in the README rendering of a project I'm working on: https://github.com/oliversalzburg/TimeBeam
