Migrate some commands such as /streak to subcommands.

when adding two or more songs simultaneously, they sometimes both show immediately as "playing now" rather than adding to queue. Waiting until the initial song requested is downloaded circumvents this issue.

Block clean versions of songs from /play.

Lines 1 to 47 of vc_notification.py appear to have been added in error. Please remove.

add tidal to megabot. they already have a feature that can read tidal song links and convert them to your prefered platform.

Add MM bracket. overall team standings/matchups box scores would be cool
