Add Turbo for loading pages

Using a Hugo directive add support for <samp> to show sample output separate from the command being run.

Sometimes the mobile menu won’t open now that Turbo is on the app. Need to figure out what is going wrong.

• Change Debian installation guide to using a single install /boot partition (no EFI partition).
• In Secure Boot, update /boot and /efi:
  • Replace the /boot partition with a /boot directory on the root.
  • Reformat the /boot partition as an EFI partition and mount it at /efi.
  • Add note that using /efi so root directories are "top-level" partitions.
• Add splash to the /etc/kernel/cmdline even if spalsh isn't used. Add note that this isn't needed...
• Add troubleshooting steps for getting into recovery shell from the installer, unlocking root, and mounting partitions.

For Secure Debian, add a section for Fix EFI Partition Mapping describing how to fix the wrong EFI partition being mounted to /boot/efi.
