When starting the build with abbreviated tasks such as ./gradlew asDeb, the filter doesn't match.

Each extension plugin module has Injections class which is identical

Gradle dependencies and their versions are repeated across the codebase. Utilize Deps.kt for centralized dependencies and versions.

Currently, when applying more than one publisher plugin where one publisher throws an exception, the rest of the publishers are skipped and the event is cached.

Instead should continue calling other publishers and cache the event only for those publishers which failed.
